Grosvenor Arms resides at the Heart of Denver

Grosvenor Arms Apartments is right next to downtown in a neighborhood called "uptown."  It is four blocks from the Sixteenth Street Mall which runs the entire length of the downtown area.

The mall is full of shops, restaurants, banks, and street activity
including music and art fairs.  There is also a large movie theatre and a couple of great bookstores.

A free shuttle bus runs the length of the mall all the way down to LoDo at the west end.  LoDo is the trendiest part of town and is full of shops, restaurants and nightclubs.  For the romantically inclined, there are horse drawn carriage rides.

The Grosvenor is three blocks away from the Colorado State
Capitol Building which sits at exactly a mile high.  The fifteenth
step of the Capitol is 5,280 feet above sea level and overlooks
Broadway and the City and County Building.

The elegant Brown Palace Hotel is just a few blocks away.

The famous Molly Brown House, once the home of the
"unsinkable" Molly Brown, is now a museum, and is
about four blocks away at 1340 Pennsylvania St.

The beautiful Cathedral of the Immaculate
Conception is only one block from Grosvenor Arms.

The Denver Public Library is five blocks away.

Across the street from the library is the
                          fascinating Colorado History Museum.

The Denver Art Museum is also only five blocks away.

And finally, the majestic nearby City and County Building.

All within walking distance!
